Courses, Literature & Distribution
The offering of courses, workshops, card sets and literature (including printing and distribution) is provided by Klee Collection GmbH, Gewerbestrasse 14, 6314 Untergägeri/ZG, Switzerland. Klee Collection GmbH is the contractual partner for all commercial transactions related to course bookings and shop purchases. The Humanistic School Switzerland Association is solely responsible for donations, research guidelines and educational principles.
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
By purchasing a course, workshop or product through this website, a contract is concluded with Klee Collection GmbH. The GTC of Klee Collection GmbH apply. Right of withdrawal: Digital products (e-books, online courses) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once activated. For physical products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt. Returns must be reported in writing to [email protected]. Place of jurisdiction for commercial transactions is Zug, Switzerland.
Payment Processing
Payment processing for course bookings, shop purchases and donations is handled by Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Swiss customers can additionally pay via TWINT (Swiss mobile payment) and PostFinance. No credit card data is stored on our servers at any time.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
For disputes arising from or in connection with this website, Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland. The association is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
